There is a sign on the Montgomery County DRC office door that says ‘Helping people with difficult conversations since 1988’ and that sign is much more than just words. Among other things, it reflects a compassion that is genuine and readily apparent in the exceptional staff and the highly skilled mediators who volunteer at the DRC. It is truly an honor to be a volunteer mediator at the DRC.
