The National Council on Aging (NCOA) is a recognized and trusted organization that advocates for and serves and supports the older population and caregivers in communities across the United States. The dedicated NCOA team has expertise in many areas, provides superb resources and excellent marketing materials, and guidance with leading edge thinking to help navigate the challenges of healthy aging in communities.

In a rural state with a lot of geography and a small population, chronic disease struggles are the same as everywhere else. Working with NCOA and their partner organizations to deliver the evidence-based chronic disease self-management programs to adults in our state has been a privilege. And as we continue to grow and provide resources to the adult, elderly, and underserved populations we serve in our state, there is comfort in knowing that the NCOA team is available to offer valuable guidance and resources to us in our endeavors.
