NCOA is where I go to find the most updated information for staff education and training. They are the experts in the field of aging innovation. NCOA assists thousand of seniors and caregivers to improve their quality of life and teaches them how to advocate for what is needed to make this happen. We share the Crossroads information from this great organization with all of our senior centers throughout our county. NCOA makes us all better advocates for the seniors we serve.
