Review for National Council on Aging, Arlington, VA, USA
Hundreds of older adults who are participants of the Center in the Park and residents of the NW Philadelphia community and beyond have experienced the Aging Mastery Program when our Center was one of the first five in the nation to offer it a few years ago . . . . and, we have been offering it since then in addition to a digital version . . . because so many participants have made small changes in behavior in order to maintain healthier lifestyles.
