Review for Inheritance of Hope , Atlanta, GA, USA
Hi I'm a wife of a cancer patient. We just went on the retreat to Disney. I can't explain how it feels being with others people who are going through the same thing. It's so nice to be able to talk to the ones who are the caretaker and to talk about the stress of dealing with everything in your life. like the kids the bills also the doctors appointments, all the medical that your love one has to take. Those night that you don't get any sleep because you are up take care of your love one. Inheritance of hope Inc. Has giving my family a new look at life and what it really means. It helps make memory's for a life time with your family's. the staff are so GREAT that you would want to take them home with you. Has the one who has to deal with everything in the house. I feel more at peace and more relaxes about the outcome of what we are going to deal with in the future. My family and I will remember this trip for the rest of our life's. My kids cry the day after because they missed all of there new friends and helper's. My children learn how to express there feeling about the sitution in a good position way and not a bad way. The friends that you will make is amazing. They also talk to you about your children and how to help them in different ways. Because we all know that everyone deal with sadly,pain and also anger in different ways. To be able to take your family to this magic place for free. Is the best give of all. The rooms were great the hotel was clean the staff was wonderful. You couldn't asked for a better trip. They also provided ride to and from the parks. If you need something at 2.00am the staff was right there to help or to take you to the hospital. And also they will stay with the kids so you don't have to bring them to the hospital with you. This is the best experience ever in my and my family's life. Please don't be afraid to do it. You will love it. Trust me I did it. God Bless to all of the INHERITANCE OF HOPE INC. To be a great experience to me and to my family. Also to open my eye's to what is really important in life. To get a understanding of what to expected in the future. To make friendship's that will last forever. Also just the memory's that you make with your family alone is enough to take home with you. but you will take and received a lot more then that with this organization. Between the staff member's. Also all the counseling that help you and your love one's out with all that they are feeling.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
The only change would be is to have it last longer. Nothing else has to be change. Because everything and everybody was doing there job very well.
